Henry combines extensive business experience with senior roles in government. After serving on the Opposition Front Bench, he was appointed Minister responsible for Africa, the United Nations and the Caribbean. He is now a member of the House of Lords and continues to advise businesses with interests in emerging markets. His understanding of government, international affairs and the commercial environment across Africa provides valuable strategic insight to Clifton Africa and its clients.
Kim Richardson
Chief Executive Officer
Kim has spent his career raising capital, building businesses and leading companies through periods of growth. Following a successful career in merchant banking, including the expansion of Mirabaud Securities in London, he has advised businesses across sectors including infrastructure, healthcare, energy and technology. His extensive network of investors and commercial relationships, combined with many years of experience working in Africa, enables Clifton Africa to structure and finance complex development projects with confidence.
Nicholas Bryant
Chief Operating Officer
Nick has over forty years' international commercial experience, building businesses and leading complex projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. Before joining Clifton Africa he held senior positions with BSkyB, MBC Group and a number of entrepreneurial ventures in media and technology. He now oversees Clifton Africa's operations, commercial delivery and project execution, working closely with governments, development partners and investors to take projects from concept through to completion.
Lord Manton
Non-Executive Director
Milo's background combines land management with extensive operational leadership. He has responsibility for the management of a substantial agricultural estate and previously served as an officer in the British Army, leading teams in a variety of international environments. His practical understanding of land, operations and organisational leadership complements the commercial, financial and governmental experience of the wider Clifton Africa team.
