Clifton Africa is a UK-based engineering, procurement and construction company with operations in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, and Uganda. We also supply general medical equipment, such as ambulances and surge hospitals and a wide range of PPE equipment.

Our M.O. is to collaborate with established partners in each territory to tender for private and government contracts. We use local contractors and workforces for construction and, wherever possible, also source materials locally.

Current construction projects include affordable housing for the armed services and other institutions in Ghana, surge hospitals and government housing in Liberia and a hospital, hotel and retail complex in Accra.

One of the company's core competencies is raising capital from sources outside Africa from banks, family offices, international funds and export credit agencies. The scarcity and cost of capital is the largest barrier to construction and general development throughout Africa.
